Ok, so these one page sites don’t have site maps, I have just run out of things to say on the topic of one page sites. Still, the topic is relevant and samples abound.
Grid based design
The notion of grid based design is anything but new, and yet so many of us (myself included) so often struggle to implement it. This write up not only talks about the topic but demonstrates great examples of it at work in the wild. This pragmatic approach shows that it isn’t just a nice idea, but a practical reality.
Mobify.me gallery
Mobify is one of the more popular tools for porting existing sites to mobile layouts. As such they have a pretty nice gallery of sites that run on their platform.

I present a second mobile site gallery. This one’s initial posts were many of the most obvious sites to list, but the more recent stuff is a lot more original in the sense that it isn’t sites that have been shown all over the place.

While the interwebs abound with site galleries these days, one thing we are short of is nice collections of mobile site collections. This site is an ongoing gallery of great mobile design. While it doesn’t seem to be updated that often, it is a fine collection that hopefully will continue to grow.

Here we go with another great set of iphone styled web sites. As usual this set offers up a mix of new and old samples; many we have seen before, but mixed in a several that are great new additions.

In continuation of this weeks focus on mobile design I present another set of sites styled perfectly for mobile devices (iphones in particular). While some of these are the obvious big names, there are many lesser known sites that will no doubt be fresh material for you to check out.
Mobile design – forms!
More samples on the mobile front! Here is a nice write up on forms from the boys at Smashing Magazine. It does well to show how forms work online and how some of the different devices handle them, especially some of the more complex combinations.
