This is a great review of some beautiful breadcrumbs. It’s one of those design elements that can be easily overlooked and added as an after thought. But, if considered carefully it can actually be a very powerful guiding tool for the user.

Social media is ever present these days, so it is nice to have a good collection of interesting ideas for linking to it. It seems the notion of a simple list of icons is the prevailing method, but surely there is room for a bit more creativity.
